World Mental Health Day

There are many people suffering from mental illness, but are ashamed to ask for help. Raising awareness helps these individual realize that they are not alone.

Today is world mental health day. Do a good deed. If someone looks sad, give them a warm smile. Let them know that they do matter. The video above shows what it is like to be depressed.
