Tricks to Help You De-Stress

In today's world, we are constantly busy. Our daily routines are so packed that we begin to feel stressed. This stress can come from work related problems or personal issues outside of work. Due to our busy schedules we may feel that there is little time to do anything that will help us de-stress. Healthy Living Editors have put together a list of 100 tricks you can do to make your life a little less stressful. Some of these tricks include: 

  • Writing your worries down in a journal
  • Spend a few minutes focusing on your breath
  • Take a power nap
  • Get a massage
  • Call your mom
