How to Relax When Stress Levels Are High

There are times in our lives when the level of our stress can get a little out of control. Stress is something that just goes away. We can feel stress emotionally, physically and mentally. When we are feeling stressed out there are a few things we can do to help us feel more relaxed. 

  1. Travel
  2. Forgive, and try to forget 
  3. Spoil yourself
  4. Lift your mood
  5. Listen to soothing music
