How to Stay Stress Free During the Holidays

The holidays are supposed to be a time to spend with family and friends. However, the holidays always seem to bring on a load of stress as well. This may just have to do with the amount of things you need to do. The stress of your income and how much you can spend on others can be stressful, hosting a holiday party could bring on stress, and the excess traffic and the shopping crowds could bring on stress as well. Here are some tips on how to stay stress free during the holidays. 

  1. Don't binge
  2. Be realistic
  3. Don't give into pressure
  4. It's okay to be blue
  5. Have mercy on yourself
  6. Make amends
  7. Diffuse tension
