Managing Stress and Depression

Stress and depression affects the lives of many people. Having the skills to effectively manage stress or depression is not something that many people have.

Luckily there are some things that you can do to begin your path towards managing your stress and anxiety.  Olivia Pennelle's article on sobernation.com discusses different recipes for dealing with stress and depression. Her first suggestion to help with your stress or depression is to take care of yourself. 

If you feel stressed, try to do something relaxing like taking a bubble bath. After your bath get into your comfiest pair of pajamas, and cuddle up in your living room with a cozy blanket and hot chocolate while watching your favorite movie.
