How to Deal With the Death of a Spouse

Your spouse is the love of your life, your everything, you can't imagine your life without them. Until tragedy strikes and that one day you never thought would come has.

Losing your spouse is an extremely difficult situation to have to deal with. While everyone copes differently there are some things that can help the grieving process.

Jane E. Brody's article on nytimes.com explains that many people who have lost their spouse seem to be back to their normal self a couple months to a year after their loss. While seeming fine on the outside, internally they are hurting. The article further explains that the best form of help for your loved ones who have lost their spouse is to provide support, and to make sure that they are socializing.
