6 Mental Health Habits That Kill Your Confidence

Self-doubt and self-defeating habits can ruin our self-confidence. There are things we unknowingly do that can kill our confidence. If we were to just pay attention to some of the things we do, and focus on changing old habits, we could have more confidence in ourselves. Melanie Greenberg Ph.D, a contributor writer for Psychology Today says there are six main mental health habits that ruin our confidence. 

  1. Feeling guilty 
  2. Thinking you're a failure 
  3. Being a perfectionist 
  4. Living with regret 
  5. Comparing yourself negatively with others 
  6. People-pleasing
