10 Ways to Combat Your Stress in Under a Minute

When we have too much stress, it can sometimes effect our daily activities.  According to Tom Casano, CEO and Founder of Life Coach Spotter, when it comes to stress, some people may recommend some ways that can help you relax. However, some of these ways may take 30 minutes to an hour to complete. Luckily there are 10 things you can do to help your stress in under a minute. 

  1. Take five deep breaths
  2. Dance around
  3. Get up from your desk or move away from the situation
  4. Smell something fragrant 
  5. Laugh 
  6. Hug someone
  7. Imagine yourself in a relaxing place
  8. Try progressive muscle relaxation
  9. Listen to your favorite song
  10. Chew gum
