The holidays are supposed to be time when family and friends get together and spend time with one another and celebrate. However, the holiday season comes with a lot of stress. There is a lot of expectation when the holiday season rolls around. We are also always in a hurry to move on to the next holiday. The minute Halloween is over we can usually expect to see Christmas decorations the next day. Peg Streep, a contributor writer for Psychology Today, has some tips to help lower your holiday stress:
