Signs You're Stressed and Don't Even Know It

In today's world, more than half of Americans are moderately stressed. Surprisingly most people have no idea they are stressed. There are some signs of stress that are very obvious and there are others that are not-so-obvious. Here are some signs of stress that are not as obvious as others.

  1. Your teeth hurt
  2. You get canker sores
  3. You frequently have bad dreams 
  4. You get sick more often, and it lasts longer than you're used to
  5. Your hair's falling out
