Co-Dependent Counselor: How to Know if Your Co-Dependent

Being co-dependent means that you are heavily dependent on another individual for your happiness. Many people find themselves in co-dependent relationships, which can be extremely unhealthy.

If you are in a co-dependent relationship, you might want to seek help from an experienced counselor familiar with co-dependency. They will support and educate you to become more independent by discovering ways that you can be happy with just yourself, rather than relying on someone else.
