Effective Apologies in 3 Easy Steps

Apologizing may be easy, but apologizing effectively or correctly is never as easy as it may seem. Its to just say "I'm sorry," or "I'm sorry IF I did something to you." However those are not effective ways of apologizing, and the chances of someone accepting that kind of apology are rare. How ever apologizing the right way only takes 3 easy steps, according to Fred Peipman Ph,D, a contributor writer for Psychology Today.
