Not many people are a fan of change. Making a change in your life can be extremely terrifying, and there may be times when you want let go of the change. Change can be anything from moving to a new city, taking on a healthy lifestyle, or a making a change of the people you surround yourself with. As humans we like when things stay the same, and change is never easy. However, sometimes it is necessary.
