Happiness is an important part of everyone's life. When you are happier, you feel better and life can seem to run a bit smoother. A lot of people tend to think that happiness derives from things. According to Suzanne Degges-White Ph.D., a contributor writer for Psychology Today, states there are 4 keys to happiness: 

  1. Friendliness 
  2. Cheerfulness
  3. Compassion
  4. Gratitude
