Accomplish More by Committing to Less

In today's world many people are afraid of saying the word "no." When asked to help with something, most people don't want to say no and fear  the person getting upset, or hurting their feelings. These commitments that are being made can range from grabbing dinner with a friend or helping a friend move. However, when we start saying yes to more things, our lives get busier and can become more stressful. When we put more on our plate than we can handle it can stress us out. Elizabeth Grace Saunders, a contributor writer for Harvard Business Review has some steps you can take to lessen your load and make your life a little less stressful.
