5 Ways to Help Your Friend with Depression

Depression is not an easy thing to deal with. Those who battle with depression can have a really hard time and during those rough days they need  family and friends to help support them in any way that they can. Mary Backstrom, a contributor writer for the Huffington Post, has a friend who suffers from depression and has learned a few thing to do to help her friend.
