When a new year rolls around most people's resolutions are revolved around their physical health. Although physical health is really important, it is also important to to take a look at our mental health. Even if you don't suffer from a mental illness/disorder, it is important to focus on your mental well-being. Here are some tips on how to improve your mental health in 2016.
