8 "Me Time" Tips if You are Feeling Lost

Finding time to ourselves is sometimes difficult. We may live with others that are always around, or we are constantly being contacted via our cellphones. Separating ourselves from these things to spend time with ourselves can be easier said than done. Learning to spend time alone can be hard in itself as well. Here are some tips on what to do with your "me time." 

  1. Pause, breathe and connect
  2. Set daily intentions 
  3. Use your time wisely
  4. Give your body what it needs
  5. Schedule me time
  6. Guard me time with your life
  7. Get offline
  8. Acknowledge the small me time snippets in the day
