Many people think of therapy as a treatment for mental illness or depression. While therapy is very beneficial for people who suffer from these issues, it can also benefit people who are generally happy. No matter how happy you are, there are always going to be underlying problems that are easy to ignore. Therapy helps bring these underlying issues to the surface so that they will not build up and later cause bigger mental problems.
